Here is her recipe:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius, before mixing four cups of cake flour with a teaspoon of salt.
In a separate bowl, mix three tablespoons of brown sugar with three cups of lukewarm water and dissolve a sachet of yeast in the mixture. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes before kneading it slowly into your flour.
My grandmother always said you should knead until the bowl is clean, which will take about seven minutes. Do that with love and care. When you have formed a dough, put it in a bread pan. Throw coarse salt over the dough and decorate your creation with fresh rosemary leaves.
Bake it in the oven until it is golden brown, or as my grandmother would say: "Until you can knock on it and it sounds hollow."
Take your loaf of bread out of the oven and spread butter on top. Let it rest for a few minutes before flipping the loaf out of the pan. Now, cut into slices, spread with butter and dunk!
