KNYSNA NEWS AND VIDEO - A video of an altercation between traffic officials and a man in Main Road, Knysna is being circulated on Facebook.
The video was also sent to Knysna-Plett Herald journalist, Nwabisa Pondoyi.
According to the Knysna Municipality, they are aware of the incident.
