The objective is to provide basic municipal infrastructure for upgrading and maintenance of streets and stormwater in the greater Oudtshoorn.

- Kerbing & Paving
- Stone Pitching
- Layer Works & Asphalt
- General Building - & Concrete Works
- Stormwater Pipes
Required documents:
Potential bidders are required to submit the following attachments when submitting bid documents and failure to do so will lead to disqualification:
- Original Tax Clearance Certificate
- Copy of Company Registration Document
- Certified copy of identity documents of company directors
- Company profiles
- Certified Joint venture Agreements (where applicable)
- Original/Certified BBBEE Certificate
- CIDB Registration Certificate
- Proof of address e.g. municipal services account
Compulsory information briefing:
An information briefing meeting will be held on Thursday, 15 February at 11:00, at c/o 8th Avenue and Jan Makai Street, Bongolethu, Oudtshoorn.

Submission of tender documents
Tender documents must be submitted on or before 22 February at 12:00, by e-mail to Mr. Robert Swarts, at roberts@transand.net.
No late submissions will be accepted.
The following enterprises will be considered:
CIDB Grades 1 or Higher
A maximum of one package will be awarded to a successful bidder
Selection of potential bidders
- Successful bidders will be contacted by the Project Management Team.
- An information briefing will be held with the shortlisted SMMEs who have submitted their relevant documentation and have met the minimum criteria.
Please note the following
- A Letter of Good Standing from the Department of Labour is not required to be submitted by CIDB 1 or Higher applicants at the first stage.
- A Letter of Good Standing from the Department of Labour for CIDB Grade 1 OR Higher will be required on submission date.
Appointment will only be from one of the following wards: Ward 2, Ward 3, Ward 7, Ward 8 and Ward 13.
