Professional photographer
Like last year, photography during the race will be provided by Grand Street Studios.
To ensure that everyone has the chance to have their photo taken, a tear-off strip will be attached to athletes' race numbers. This will indicate that athletes would like to have their photo taken. If an individual is not interested in having a photo taken, he or she can just tear off the strip and the photographers will not focus on the athlete during the race.
When participants collect race numbers, they will also receive a flyer with all the instructions and other information (in the envelope). Photos will be taken at various points throughout the race and at the finish to ensure a variety of photos.
Further information regarding the ordering process, pricing and all other information will be available in the form of electronic communication before / after the event and on the following www.grandstreetstudios.co.za/mp2014.
Final photos will be viewable on http://hansvdveen.grandstreetstudios.co.za/mp2014 on Monday 13 October @ 13:00. Enquiries about the photos taken during the event can be directed at info@grandstreetstudios.co.za.
Entertainmet for the young ones
Parents need not be concerned as special care will be taken of the young ones during this year's event. An area with special games will keep children safe and occupied. Colour-in books will develop artistic talents while freshly-baked goods and toys will be handed out as prizes.
