OUDTSHOORN NEWS - The N12 between Oudtshoorn and De Rust has been re-opened.
The Municipal Disaster Management team confirmed that the crowd is under control and calm.
The traffic is flowing smoothly and the road is safe for use.
The police remain on the N12 to ensure continuity of the safety of road users.
