GARDEN ROUTE | KAROO NEWS AND VIDEO - A small plane crash-landed on a koppie this afternoon next to Karee Kamma Road in the Klein Karoo close to Van Wyksdorp.
The pilot, believed to be a trainee, seems to be uninjured.
Police and emergency services are on the scene.
A pilot who stays nearby, said he finds it strange that he did not do an emergency landing before he crash-landed on the koppie, as about 3km of flat territory preceded the crash site.
