'n Spesiale staproete, oftewel 'n beweegroete is Vrydag 6 Desember amptelik geopen by die Bellingham Hof Tehuis vir bejaardes in Oudtshoorn. Die inisiatief onder leiding van Global Serving Hands is ten doel om bejaardes van die tehuis te kry om meer oefening te doen. Die roete is uniek aangesien daar verskeie punte is waar bejaardes kan stop langs die roete en spesifieke oefeninge doen.
