RUGBY NEWS - Harlequins Forces rugby club pre-season practices officially started on Monday at the Infantry School Military Base in Oudtshoorn.
According to the Kobus Rank, coach of Harlequins this season, all current and new players (women included) are welcome to join the clubs pre-season training sessions.
"Players must make sure that they attend next week Monday training session because we will discuss the program for the rest of the season"
"I would also like to appeal to the prospective players to bring their full training gear which includes shorts, socks, T-shirt and playing boots with them to the training ground"
Training days will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Harlequins finished last year in 6th position on the SWD President league log.
Rank said that the clubs main goal this season will be to advance to the playoffs in order to ultimately battle it out for a place in the elite SWD Premier league.
