Four managed to run and swim their way onto the podium.
The medal winners were: Johan Windt (silver); May du Plessis, of Outeniqua High (bronze); Trisha Pollicutte, of Glenwood House (silver); and Selma du Preez, of Wesbank Primary (silver).
Other top performers were:
De Wit Botma, Deon Horne, Jenna Borret, George Marais, Hannah Kiely, Yvonne Du Plessis and Mijancke Steyn.
