KARATE NEWS - A number of athletes of Karate Zen George have been selected to compete at the Istanbul Open Karate Championships in Istanbul, Turkey in September 2023. 

They will also participate in a training camp.

Instructor sensei Mareon Ferndale asks that anyone in a position to support the athletes contact him as not all the athletes can afford to pay for the trip (083 341 1663 / mareonwp@gmail.com).
