According to the Garden Route District Municipality, the Swartberg Pass remains closed to all traffic from both the Oudtshoorn and Prince Albert sides until further notice.
Motorists are urged to avoid the pass and make alternative travel arrangements.
The Swartberg Pass is closed until further notice due to adverse weather conditions. While the snow may be tempting to see, please do not travel to the pass.
