Update

OUDTSHOORN NEWS - Power supply has been restored in all areas in the Greater Oudtshoorn that experience power outages this morning, Friday 11 June. 

Please be advised that load shedding still continues this afternoon as was planned by Eskom. The unexpected power outage is not related to load shedding, but a separate power failure caused by cable fault. 

On stage 2 load shedding, Oudtshoorn will have no electricity between 16:00 - 18:30.

Please continue to use power sparingly to avoid an overload of the power supply system.
