I wish to offer most heartfelt thanks for the wonderful cooperation, caring and efficiency of Michael Vonk, Zilla North and Elza Sellars of the George Provincial Hospital in saving the life of my son, Glen Forshaw, over Easter weekend. He is on his way to recovery due entirely to their monumental efforts. Very sincerely, Sally.
