Vreugdevure het gister in Dysselsdorp hoog gebrand nadat die Spring Roses-sokkerklub hul eweknieë van Black Eagles in die eindstryd van die OLFA-liga met 5-1 afgeransel het. Met hierdie oorwinning het Spring Roses 'n wisseltrofee plus R10 000 prysgeld ingepalm. Elke speler en beampte het ook 'n goue medalje ontvang.
