Sundowns make technical team changes

NATIONAL NEWS - Mamelodi Sundowns have announced the departure of Spanish goalkeeper coach Jon Pascua Ibarrola as one of a number of changes to their technical team.

Ibarrola joined Sundowns in 2010 having been lured to the club by then coach and countryman Antonio López Habas.

He was a busy man at the club with Sundowns at times having five goalkeepers to work with, though now they are down to just four in Dennis Onyango, Kennedy Mweene, Wayne Sandilands and Glenn Verbauwhede.

The club is yet to make an announcement on who will replace Ibarrola, who seemingly enjoyed his time in South Africa, documenting his travels extensively on his personal website.
