OUDTSHOORN NEWS -  A talented young footballer from Oudtshoorn has been given the opportunity to take a significant step towards a professional football career. 

Panashe MacKenzie (15), a learner at Van Reede School and a dedicated player for Alpha FC Oudtshoorn, has been invited to attend the prestigious Stars of Africa Football Academy trials in Johannesburg from 8 to 11 August. 

The invitation follows MacKenzie’s consistent commitment, discipline and passion for the sport, earning him the chance to showcase his talent on a national platform. 

To cover transport to and from Johannesburg, as well as daily meals during the four days of the trials, financial assistance is needed. 

The family appeals to local businesses, organisations and members of the public to contribute towards the costs and help the promising young footballer pursue his dream. Every donation, regardless of the amount, will help him pursue this opportunity that could have a lasting impact on his football career.
