NATIONAL NEWS - There are fires in the Hessequa region due to lightning strikes:

  • Grootvadersbosch Nature Reserve close to Swellendam - guests have been evacuated 
  • Gamkaskloof in Swartberg Nature Reserve is closed currently due to fires in the area.  We ask that visitors stay clear of these areas for their own safety.
