Update
SOUTHERN CAPE NEWS - Information suggests that road workers from Road Mac, the company that upgrades the N12, are protesting due to employee related grievances.
Road Mac and workers are in discussion to try and resolve the problem.
The N12 has been re-opened.
The Police and Traffic Officers will remain at the scene to ensure the safety of motorists. We will keep you updated.
