GRAAFF-REINET BUSINESS NEWS — Sewing fans are in for a crafty treat as a new haberdashery shop recently opened its doors in Graaff-Reinet.
The shop was opened by husband and wife team, Liesel and Timothy Freshwater - two relatively new residents of Graaff-Reinet.
Liesel moved to Graaff Reinet four years from KwaZulu-Natal and Timothy moved up from East London in April.
The shop’s name is Habby Home and is situated at 46c Caledon Street in the old fudge shop.
The shop features a range of quality fabrics, dress patterns, beautifully hand crafted gifts as well as sewing machine accessories like needles, belts and globes.
There is an extensive range of sewing thread and embroidery thread available and the shop also stocks Blue Label wool in particular that used for looming.
Looms will also be available for purchase.
The shop can be contacted on 072 637 8180 or visit the Habby Home Facebook page.
Graaff-Reinetters are invited to pop by the shop in Caledon Street to meet Liesel and Tim and to have a look at what Habby Home has to offer.
