The Sea Robbers are gearing up for this Saturday’s Soweto derby against Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium, and will be hoping to put a rather stuttering run of league form behind them as they clash with their old foes.
Rakhale says he is up for the challenge, and is ready to perform in front of the 90 000 plus fans that will be at the stadium, as well as the millions watching at home.
“The derby has a lot of pressure. There is a lot of pressure for both teams to win. I’m going to play my normal game in the derby. The guys tell me to keep on doing what I like doing,” said the skilfull attacker.
An important member of the Bucs attack, the former Sivutsa Stars player feels that his side can take heart and inspiration from their recent successes on the African continent.
“I do get frustrated when players don’t convert chances. That’s why we lost the previous game 1-0 to Jomo Cosmos. Every player doesn’t want to lose.
