NATIONAL CRICKET NEWS - The SWD cricket team on Sunday got their campaign in the Cricket SA Limited over competition off to the best possible start with a four-wicket bonus point victory against KwaZulu-Natal at Kingsmead in Durban. SWD batsman, Richard Frenz scored a valuable half century to see his team through.
The all-important bonus points will be vital as the competition progresses, but a victory away from home will be a critical boost for the self-confidence of a young team.
