Mixed success for SWD Cricket

OUDTSHOORN CRICKET NEWS - The Six Gun Grill SWD cricket team had mixed successes during the past weekend in their two 50-over warm-up matches that were played against the SA u. 19's at the Recreation Ground in Oudtshoorn.

In Saturday's match, SWD posted 292/7 thanks to contributions by Hanno Kotze (95) and Jean du Plessis (85) for a 33 runs victory.

On Sunday the SA u. 19's thanks to a century by Eathan Cunningham (115) reached 308 (all-out). SWD, in spite of a century by Blade Capell (104), replied with 249 (all-out) which resulted in a 59 runs victory for the SA u. 19's.
