Unconscious driver narrowly avoids accident, Ballito
Paramedics load the woman onto a stretcher on Ballito Drive this morning.
NATIONAL NEWS - A driver lost control of her vehicle and drove into oncoming traffic, just managing to miss passing by cars by seconds, after passing out while driving up Ballito Drive this morning.

The man in the vehicle behind her stopped and smashed her window in order to open the door to assist her.

A traffic officer happened to be driving past and quickly took control of the situation, diverting traffic around the woman’s vehicle.

Paramedics removed her from her car and took her to hospital.

The woman is said to be in a stable condition and responsive.
