NATIONAL NEWS - The Police Ministry has announced that former head of the Hawks, Berning Ntlemeza, is will soon be considered retired.
The development follows the Supreme Court's rejection of Ntlemeza's bid to appeal the High Court order which set aside his appointment.
The High Court found that former Police Minister Nathi Nhleko's decision to appoint Ntlemeza was irrational, considering scathing findings that he lied under oath.
