NATIONAL NEWS - Cape Town police say the necessary processes are being followed after a 13-year-old boy was allegedly stabbed to death by another minor in Uitsig.
The grade five learner is believed to have been on his way to church earlier this week when he was stabbed in the neck by the alleged attacker.
