Western Cape Premier addresses public and media live on Facebook about COVID-19 scenario planning and response

GARDEN ROUTE DISTRICT NEWS - Today, Premier Alan Winde, together with Health Minister Nomafrench Mbombo and Western Cape Department of Health experts will brief the media and public on the province's scenario planning and response preparedness for the global COVID-19 pandemic. 

The press briefing will be held online, live on Winde's Facebook page.

Professor Andrew Boulle, from the Centre for Infectious Disease Epidemiology and Research based at the UCT School of Public Health and Family Medicine, and Dr Keith Cloete, Head of the Western Cape Government Department of Health, will lead the scenario planning presentation.
