According to Tonga SAPS, the victim alleges that he was at his residence in Ka-Mdladla, when the two suspects came complaining that he must pay them their money as they helped him build the toilet.
“He further alleges that in the early morning of the following next day, he found a bottle of poison in his bucket and he went to report the incident to the chief.
The chief then called the suspects for questioning and eventually they agreed that they are responsible for putting poison in the bucket. The matter was then reported to the police and the suspects were arrested,” said Lt Mzwandile Nyambi of Tonga SAPS.
