NATIONAL NEWS - Two people died and five others were injured in a Great North Road accident on Sunday night.
The collision occurred near Louisa Road at around 7pm.
“Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived at the scene and found the crumpled remains of two vehicles following a side impact accident,” said Netcare 911 media liaison officer Santi Steinmann.
“Upon assessment of the occupants, paramedics found that a man and woman travelling in the one vehicle tragically lost their lives during the crash.
