NATIONAL NEWS - A 10-year-old child who is presumed to have drowned at Melkbosstrand Beach has yet to be found.
The boy, from Atlantis, is believed to have been caught in a rip current late last month.
The National Sea Rescue Institute's Craig Lambinon says: “A police dive unit will continue an ongoing search operation at Melkbosstrand where a 10-year-old Atlantis boy went missing last Sunday. Despite an ongoing search operation, no sign of the child has been found.”
