Metres away from his home, Kreegan Pillay, 28, fell to the ground in front of his ten-year-old son, after he sustained a single stab wound to the right side of his body. His wife, Rebecca Moses, 29, and the couple’s two children, aged 10 and five, are battling to come to terms with his gruesome death.
Confirming the incident, communications officer of the Chatsworth SAPS, Lt Cheryl Pillay, said, “It is alleged that the deceased was stabbed after an argument with the accused. On Monday, January 4, Ivan Kistensamy (19) appeared before the Chatsworth Magistrate’s Court on charges of murder and was released on bail.
The next court appearance is on February 20.”
