The 36th annual Crime Stoppers International (CSI) conference is underway in Toronto, Canada.
Crime Line won two media awards in the radio and print categories in communities of over 3 million.
They also scooped the productivity award.
CSI President Alexander MacDonald said “South Africa was making its mark on the world stage. Crime Line and Crime Stop are leading the way on the African continent. We hope to replicate this successful model to other parts of Africa.”
South Africa is being represented at the conference by Crime Line’s Yusuf Abramjee and Marisa Oosthuizen.
