NATIONAL NEWS & VIDEO - An alleged road rage incident sent social media users into a frenzy when a violent video emerged on Thursday afternoon.
Although unclear what the circumstances leading to the incident were, a man believed to be a taxi driver is seen allegedly shattering the woman’s vehicle windscreen with an object.
As the video continues, the woman attempts to stop the man but he proceeds to use an object to break the vehicle’s headlights.
The video appears to be taken by a passenger in the woman’s vehicle.
Multiple attempts to obtain comment from police proved unsuccessful at the time of going press but it was understood a docket was opened for investigation at the Sinoville police.
When contacted for comment the traumatised woman declined to speak further, opting to give police the opportunity to investigate the incident thoroughly.
