OUDTSHOORN NEWS - A Mayoral Imbizo for the comments on the draft Amended Integrated Development Plan (IDP) for 2017/2022, and the draft budget for 2022-2025, will be convened in terms of Section 21 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000.
The Mayoral Imbizo will take place on 7 April at 19:00, within Wards 4 and 5.
The municipality urges the members of the community to arrive an hour before the start of the meeting, so that the municipality can comply with the COVID-19 regulations.
This will be implemented were they need to observe social distancing, wearing of masks, taking of temperature and sanitising.
The Mayoral Imbizo will take place at:
- Thusong Service Centre (WARD 4 & 5)
- Pickup Point/Time 17:30 - Smartie Town Circle, Sonsskyn Crèche, and Volks Church.
