DE RUST NEWS - The author, Allen Jorgenson, launched his book, Through my Window: The Kammanassie and its people, in De Rust on Tuesday.
Jorgenson worked on the book for seven years and the Oudtshoorn Courant told the story of the book and its author in an article in the edition of 7 September.
A number of farmers and residents attended the launch at Beans About Coffee in De Rust where Jorgenson elaborated on his fascination with the Kammanassie and its people.
