OUDTSHOORN NEWS - The reason for the power outage is because of an overload usage of electricity. The municipality urges the residents to please use electricity sparingly.  

Electricians are attending to the problem.  

Areas that are affected are:

  • Rosevalley, 
  • Rosebank, 
  • Bongolethu, 
  • Bridgton, 
  • parts of the CBD, 
  • Colridge View, 
  • Westbank, 
  • Voortrekker, 
  • Oudtshoorn North, 
  • Schoemanshoek, and 
  • Matjiesrivier.

The municipality apologises for any inconvenience caused and will keep you updated.
