GARDEN ROUTE | KAROO NEWS - Group Editors bade farewell to two much-loved and respected colleagues at a festive occasion in Heatherlands on Friday 11 November.
Wilma Adamson, editor of South Cape Forum, is retiring after 10 years, while Chris du Plessis retired after five years as editor of Knysna-Plett Herald.
The farewell was doused in lots of goodwill and good wine, while the lamb on the spit, roasted to perfection by braai master Piet Alberts, went down a storm.
Wilma, who took South Cape Forum's online presence to new heights and Chris, renowned for his award-winning front pages and headlines, will be sorely missed.

The new man at the helm of Knysna-Plett Herald is Blake Linder, while Hugo Redelinghuys is taking over at South Cape Forum.
We wish Wilma and Chris a very happy retirement and Blake and Hugo every success with their new challenge.
