OUDTSHOORN NEWS - Disgruntled students from the South Cape TVET College in Oudtshoorn, who haven't received their National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) allowances, have embarked on a peaceful protest on Tuesday.
They claim they haven't received any allowances since the beginning of the academic year and cannot buy food or pay for accommodation.
The students are desperate and accuse authorities of not taking their plight seriously.
