DE RUST NEWS - The municipality issued a planned power outage for Wednesday, 25 May. The times are subject to change due to Eskom load shedding.

The power outage will take place between 09:00- 13:00 on the following streets:

  • Steytler Street, 
  • Church Street and 
  • Sentra street. 

The alternative date is subject to change to 26 May, if the planned power outage can't occur on Wednesday, 25 May.

As the supply may be restored earlier, the electrical mains must be considered live at all times during this period.
