OUDTSHOORN NEWSFLASH - On Monday 13 November, the Oudtshoorn Municipality received a delegation from Jackson, Mississippi and other international as well as other countries, including South Africa.

The delegation, consisting of Louis Steenkamp (Mariage and Family Counselling Centre - Pretoria), Brandon Cozzolino (African Bible Office - US Manager), dr. Paul Chinchen (President - African Bible Colleges, Inc.), and Bishop Henry Joseph (Senior Pastor - Grace Church International), are representatives to identify the possibility of establishing a African Bible College in South Africa.

This visit coincided with the visit of Bishop Joseph who is looking to establish a Drug Rehab Centre in Oudtshoorn and a Sister City agreement with the City of Jackson in US.
