OUDTSHOORN NEWS - The De Krans Bistro and Deli excelled at the annual Klein Karoo Gourmand Awards where it was chosen as the 2017 Gourmand Destination Award (Farm Stall Eatery Category).
The awards took place on 16 March at the Village Trading Post in De Rust. The criteria for this award is consistently good quality food, a great atmosphere and excellent service.
Chef and bistro manager, Shannon Botes, received the award on behalf of his team. The De Krans Bistro and Deli was also awarded the
Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence and became the Tripadvisor recommended number one destination in Calitzdorp.
