Die derde Appelkoosfees en Kersmark is Saterdag by die ou stasie gehou. Soos gewoonlik was dit die staatmakers in die gemeenskap wat die hitte verduur het bo die blink potte op die gasbranders terwyl die kwik buite op 35° C staan.
