OUDTSHOORN NUUS - Lleythan Smith from the Jikkai-do Karate Club and an Oudtshoorn High student, took part in the kumite for Cadet boys karate tournament in Gabarone, Botswana.
He represented South Africa and came second in his division, winning a silver medal.
