OUDTSHOORN NEWS - The Mayoral and Infantry School Golf Day, along with the inaugural Endurance Walk, brought sporting excitement to Oudtshoorn this past weekend. Both events drew strong participation and delivered positive results, capped off by a memorable Gala Dinner hosted at the Infantry School.
The festive spirit continued into the evening, with the Infantry School Choir providing entertainment as guests enjoyed a gourmet meal.
These celebrations reflected the weekend's emphasis not only on sport and camaraderie but also on giving back to the community.
Funds raised will support the Itemba Shelter for the Homeless in Oudtshoorn, Pediatric Care Africa and local cancer associations.
Colonel Tiisetso Sekgobela thanked all involved for their support. "Your generosity, enthusiasm, and participation have made a significant difference. Together, we've raised funds for social responsibility programs that will bring hope and support to those in need.
