OUDTSHOORN NEWS - SWD Cricket has announced the appointment of Cariston Diedericks as strength and conditioning coach of the Garden Route Badgers professional women’s team.
Diedericks who holds a National Diploma in strength and conditioning training and a Cricket South Africa Level II coaching certificate represented the Border Academy cricket and youth teams as a player.
He spent five seasons as head of performance at the Chippa United professional football team that plays in the premier soccer league in South Africa.
Diedericks will join the head coach of the team, Wynand de Ridder and assistant coach, Yolandi van der Westhuizen.
