Whenever it comes to ICC tournaments, the usual suspects are at the top of the bookies' lists. That's perhaps not the best analogy when it comes to cricket of late, but the likes of Australia, India, England and yes, those perennial 'favourites' South Africa are always there.
But the Champions Trophy, which begins on 1 June, has never proven to be a tournament of norms, neither has it allowed one team to dominate like the World Cup has, with Australia winning four out of the last five showpieces.
