NATIONAL NEWS - A man accused of scamming Sars out of R3.1 million is expected to appear in the Bellville Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Moegamat Shafiek Khan allegedly underdeclared his income between 2008 and 2011.
He has been on the run since then, until earlier in September when investigators nabbed him.
