Sentencing proceedings will begin in the High Court in Johannesburg for Krejcir and five co-accused convicted of attempted murder, kidnapping and drug dealing.
Krejcir is likely to return to court in under heavy police guard, for the first of three days set aside for sentencing proceedings.
Judge Colin Lamont will hear argument about how long Krejcir and his co-accused should spend behind bars.
Sentencing has been postponed several times after Krejcir was convicted of ordering the kidnap and torture of Bheki Lukhele, whose brother Doctor, allegedly disappeared with 25 kg of tik.
