Police spokesman Brigadier Vishnu Naidoo said three suspects were arrested in Hercules, Pretoria, while another was arrested in Cape Town.
The a 47 year-old Cape Town man works as a broker and was arrested late Tuesday night. He is currently in custody at the Fish Hoek Police station and is due to appear in the Simonstown Magistrate court today.
The three Pretoria suspects, two men and a woman, whose ages range from 41 to 56, appeared in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court yesterday with their case postponed until Friday for a bail application. They will remain in custody until then.
During the arrests in Pretoria and Cape Town, police also confiscated six cellphones, four desktops, a laptop and three USBs.
