National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson, Natasha Ramkisson-Kara says the man made a brief appearance in the Pinetown Magistrate’s court on Monday.
She says the man will have to report to police twice a week in Pietermaritzburg, where he currently lives, and surrender his passport.
He was arrested in a raid in August last year at a home in Durban’s plush Kloof suburb, where he lived at the time.
