NATIONAL NEWS - Murder suspect Henri van Breda has been granted bail of R100,000 with conditions.

This comes nearly 18 months after three members of the van Breda family were axed to death in their home outside Stellenbosch.

Van Breda took the stand in the Stellenbosch Magistrates Court earlier today.
 
The 21-year old appeared in court today after handing himself over to police yesterday.
 
He is accused of the murders of his parents and older brother in their home outside Stellenbosch in January last year.
